BLDC offers 3 packages led by our certified design team. Each package delivers a customized design plan guided by our one-on-one virtual communication. To get started, select package and begin a virtual conversation with our team.

After package is purchased, our virtual assistant will walk you through a few brief questions that will help our team get to know your style and project details.

Once the questionnaire is complete, a BLDC designer will follow-up with an email, you’ll be asked to share images of your space and any additional information like room dimensions.

Once everything is in place, our team will develop a design plan based around your space and style details. We deliver final concepts along with a guide to execute the project so you can transform your home at your own pace!

BLDC’s premium package is tailored for those who want to update their entire room utilizing new furniture, decor and color palette. First, we evaluate your room and develop a from scratch floor plan that works best with your lifestyle. We then create a concept board of furnishings, decor and materials that are based upon your style and budget. To complete the look, we formulate a fresh paint guide and provide expert tips on how to enhance style. Premium packages include our concierge ordering service complete with shopping list, order processing and delivery coordination.

E-design provides clients the opportunity to work with our certified design team from the comfort of their homes. It’s fast, easy and accessible from your sofa—a perfect option for those in a need of change without the full service commitment.

Our e-design services can be used for any room in the home. At this time we do not offer e-design for structural changes, construction, custom furnishings or commercial spaces.

Our inspiration and premium packages account for 1 room per purchase. For our paint palette package, you can choose up to 3 rooms.

All e-design projects are handled in-house by BLDC’s certified interior designers.

BLDC packages are priced for design services only. Costs for furnishings or decor are not included. Premium clients can purchase items from their shopping list after design is complete.

BLDC designers select items based on your style and budget. We handpick industry-leading brands that we believe in and use on a regular basis.

Premium packages include our concierge ordering service—BLDC will provide you with a shopping list where you can select the items you want to purchase. We’ll then process the order and coordinate delivery for you.

We do not require any purchases of recommended furnishings be made. The design plan is simply a guide and you take it from there.

Once package is purchased, questionnaire is completed, and all relevant required content is received, the design process will begin. From there, initial concepts are typically presented in:
Paint palette: 1-2 weeks
Inspiration: 2-3 weeks
Premium: 3-4 weeks -

We make every effort to guarantee you are happy with your final design. Our e-design services are non-refundable, however in the event that you must request a refund please email us at edesign@bldcdesignstudio.com

BLDC e-design is an online consultation service only. Recommendations should be regarded as suggestions and are not intended for construction purposes. The client agrees to provide all information regarding requirements for the project. BLDC Design will not be held responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery and installation or safety precautions in connection with the project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier or other person(s) performing work on the project; or for any failure of them to meet completion dates. BLDC Design will not be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made directly by the client. All communications are made via email. In-person meetings and phone conversations will not be available. Paint Palette packages include 2 color palettes, no revision sessions are included. Inspiration packages can provide up to 3 floor plan options, no revision sessions are included. Premium packages include one round of revision sessions. If required content or feedback from client is not provided within 5 days, the project will be put on hold and will resume based on BLDC Design’s timeline.
