The renovation kicked off with wall removal in a number of small rooms to open up the space. The flood of natural light gave the space new life, so much so that the kitchen plan considered sunshine as a design element.
Modern cabinets offer much-needed function, and a marble wall acts as a feature element along with carefully selected lighting. Subtle yet essential details like pop-up electrical outlets, integrated appliances and expert faucet finishing create a space to cook in that’s easy on the eyes. The open kitchen is balanced with a wood wall along with off-center fireplace and television in the family room.
