old welcomes new Sue long-pondered a kitchen redo for her Shaker Heights tudor. She engaged long-time friend and designer, Linda to take on the renovation.

clean and cool Layers of texture by way of backsplashes and high-contrast fixtures achieve depth and optically larger space. Wood-framed glass cabinetry and a custom rustic-style lean island bring warmth to space without compromising functionality.

With the luxury of an extended timeline by request of the homeowner, Linda obsessed over the details—from cremone bolts and furniture sporting a variety of wood species to pharmacy cabinets displaying intriguing glass and lighting.

With masterful culinary kitchen now complete, the living room renovation was initiated with custom-built fireplace and bookshelf to create a balanced focal point. Believing functionality never compromised by design—every space designed to be used however life requests.

 
 

A family familiar with the joy of each other’s company, a conversation space reserved with round table and chairs creates a main stage for board games or morning coffee.

Renovation included kitchen, living room and powder room.
